The Original Backnobber I
A Classic "Favorite" for Over 20 Years!
The Original Backnobber is hand crafted from a steel bar, bent in the shape of an “S” with wooden balls, one relatively small and one somewhat larger, permanently affixed to each end.
The tool is used by hooking the device over a shoulder or under an arm and using its leverage to apply direct, deep, steady pressure to trigger points in the muscles of the neck, shoulders and upper and lower back or any large or small muscle in the body where a trigger point might occur.
This pressure followed by careful, regular stretching and strengthening exercises can, over time, significantly reduce muscle tension.
The Original Backnobber was the first of its kind, and has been a classic favorite of professional, hands on therapists for over twenty years.

The Regular Backnobber measures approximately 19 inches in overall length with curves 9 inches across each curve. This size is used comfortably by most adults for over the shoulder, deep muscle compression in the neck and upper back areas and under an arm for middle and lower back areas.
The Big Bend Backnobber measures approximately 26 inches in overall length with one curve nine inches across. The larger curve on the Big Bend Backnobber measures 15 inches across providing substantially greater reach and leverage for people of larger girth who appreciate its generous proportions.

Great and easy to understand classes
Very easy to down load the classes. The information is easy to follow. It’s great being able to read about techniques the. Watch videos demonstrating the techniques. I also love how there are occasionally updates to past purchases at no additional charge. I couldn’t be happier.
The courses are very informative and great practical video tutorials. I had some minor issues with the ebooks and in one it had imbedded links that wouldn’t open but otherwise I’d recommend NAT to colleagues.
