Troubleshooting for Members (without an existing store account)
Difficulty Accessing Courses
If you do not have a store account with us and are having difficulty accessing the courses in the Member's Virtual Classroom, please try the following;
1. Switch to Google Chrome as your browser
2. Clear your browsing history
3. Create a store account by clicking on the "Create an Account" tab and fill in all of the details required. Please ensure you use the same email address that you used to subscribe to our Education Membership Plan
3. Stay logged in
4. Under the "Members" tab, click on "Member Access"
5. Read the "Disclaimer and Warning Notice" and click on "Agree and Enter" at the end of the page
6. Select the course you wish to complete by clicking on its title.
