NAT Shoulder Workshop
Shoulder Syndromes and Injury Prevention. The NAT Workshop (Simeon Neil-Asher)
This trigger point therapy workshop was originally presented at the 15th Annual BASRAT* Symposium, University of Hull, UK.
The workshop covers three of the most common clinically encountered shoulder problems: Rotator cuff, Shoulder impingement and Frozen Shoulder Syndrome. We explore the pathology, clinical presentations and differential diagnosis for these problems - including the familiar muscular guarding response/patterns during shoulder injury.
We also extensively explore the "asymptomatic" shoulder, and the trigger point treatments that are designed for shoulder injury avoidance and natural performance enhancement.
