Wether you need additional information about any of our courses; help with an exam; or clinical support regarding the use of any NAT technique, we are here to help.
If you content us by email or through the LiveChat messaging system, you will automatically be entered into a ticketing system and will be contacted within 24 hours, guaranteed. In most cases we will respond within 2-3 hours.
Support for NAT Self Help Guides
When you contact our support team, you will be asked for your order number and for the name of the specific NAT guide that you are using. Whilst we are unable to provide diagnostic advice, we will be able to provide general advice and assistance relating to the guide that you are using, and hopefully to answer any general query that you may have.
Where a therapist is unavailable, your call may be handled by a customer service agent who is not a therapist. In such cases, the agent may ask you to provide information about the nature of the enquiry, which will be passed to one of our therapists as soon as possible. You will always receive a response from a therapist within 24 hours.
Please note that telephone calls to our support team may be recorded in order to help us monitor quality assurance and to help us ensure that we provide the best possible level of support.
