NAT treatment protocols are developed in our own clinics where thousands of patients including elite athletes and performance artists are treated each year by a multi-disciplined team of osteopaths, chiropractors, massage therapists, and physiotherapists. All of our techniques are based on a specific combination of trigger point therapy (identifying and treating trigger points/taut bands within muscle fibres) with strengthening and stretching exercises.

All NAT® techniques are autonomously reproducible, which makes them simple to learn for all trained manual therapists.

Trigger Point Therapy - Latest Best-Practice Techniques

Our programs provide you with the best current trigger point therapy protocols for the treatment of common MSD's such as lower back pain, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, and for some more complex MSD's such as frozen shoulder. Each program includes referred pain maps, and identifies the most likely location of trigger points and the relevant treatment protocols, all clearly illustrated. NAT® programs also contain detailed stretching and strengthening exercises for you to perform with your client as part of the treatment process, and additional exercises for your clients to perform at home.
