1. Anatomy of Sports Injuries - This course takes a fundamental approach, bringing you inside the body to show exactly what is happening when a sports injury occurs.
At the heart of The Anatomy of Sports Injuries are 300 full-color illustrations that show the sports injury in detail, along with 200 line drawings of simple stretching, strengthening, and rehabilitation exercises that can be used to speed up the recovery process.
2. Anatomy of Stretching - covers stretching from every angle, including physiology and flexibility; the benefits of stretching; the different types of stretching; and the rules for safe stretching.
The course includes a balance of theoretical information about the fundamentals of stretching and flexibility, anatomy and physiology, and the practical application of how to perform 135 unique stretching exercises (with simple to follow numbering system to help reference each stretch).
