Simeon Asher demonstrates the NAT 5-step shoulder technique

Simple 5-Step Trigger Point Technique for Treating Tired and Painful Shoulders!

In this video, Simeon Niel Asher presents a 5-Step trigger point therapy technique typically used to help reset the shoulder, improve mechanical efficiency, and help prevent injury.

This treatment technique is used for treating a number of common shoulder conditions. It is also used to treat asymptomatic clients including athletes, those who work out regularly with weights (upper body), or those whose occupation includes overhead lifting of the arms, such as painters and contractors.
