In today's video blog, our Australian colleague and NAT teacher Stuart Hinds provides an overview of the key muscles involved in common leg and foot injuries including plantar fasciitis.

Stuart is internationally recognized for his work with Australian Olympic athletes (Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, London 2012), is a regularly lecturer at Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia, and has been an NAT presenter since 2011. 

Stuart was recently awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by the AAMT.
