In today's video blog, our Australian colleague and NAT teacher Stuart Hinds provides an overview of the key muscles involved in common leg and foot injuries including plantar fasciitis.

Stuart is internationally recognized for his work with Australian Olympic athletes (Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, London 2012), and is a regularly lecturer at Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia. 

Stuart is the author of a number of NAT courses; is a member of the NAT Board of Examiners; and was recently awarded Lifetime Membership of the AAMT.
