NAT Trigger Point Workshop - Treating The Complex Shoulder

Treating trigger points in the shoulders of asymptomatic athletes can increase shoulder efficiency (performance) and help prevent injury.

This NAT trigger point workshop was held for the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRAT), the governing body for graduate level sports rehabilitation and training in the UK.
